This was an epic, epic road trip. Brother Ed secured a car which was christened “Randal F Magnet” – an abbreviation of Randy Fanny Magnet, because it was sooo bad that it was cool.
Band briefly renamed to Borissey Mould
For a short while in 1997, we were known as “Borissey Mould“. This was directly after we had found that there were too many bands called “FLUX” playing, in LONDON.

Another very sparcely attended gig. At the relatively new PowerHaus in Finsbury Park. The sound was AWFUL. They should have kept the PowerHaus on Liverpool Road in N1!!

We had the privilege of recording a whole album with Niall Acott at Angel Studios. All Live, no clicks, and just a smidgen of me screaming (unknowingly) whilst recording my drum parts. Recorded in 2 days – 17th & 18th September. Mixed and produced by the fantastic Niall Acott over the following weeks.
