Fiona Bruce at the BBC Online Briefing

BBC Online Briefing, June 2014, with BBC News Labs

Today I presented a BBC News Labs item at the BBC Online Briefing (Last one was in December 2013 – post here).

It was a case study on Referend-ERM.com with Chris Rush from Realise.com.

We featured the referend-erm.com project, as a Speedboat Project, also BBC R&D had a feature, and there was a general overview of Connected Studio progress.

BBC Audiences – the Flying Car Model – Everything changes and people use “on demand only” – i.e. netflix esque – this feels most likely, but apparently it’s only early adopters taking this route
BBC Audiences – the “Modified Car” Model – a mixture of radical and BAU outcomes for the future of Television
BBC Audiences – the implications of the Modified Car Model
BBC Audiences – the Horse & Cart Model – BAU – things continue as they are – not likely
