Had a great day with Mel & Steve at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Cup. Amazing stuff in this brilliant, configurable white water slalom course.

Great trip visiting Henry & Mish in Dubai. Saw all the sights, and spent plenty of quality time catching up.
Yesterday we all went to Moira Magnus’ wake. Moira would have been proud – everyone was making the most of life and enjoying good company.

I had the pleasure of hosting Takanobu from NHK, Japan’s public service broadcaster, yesterday at the central lab. Takanobu joined us for our fortnightly team catch up, and ran a interview with me too. NHK are also thinking about building their innovation work, and so are looking at the possible models for this.
